Welcome to my page. I’m a husband, father of two, and former Fire Captain in Virginia. My wife Mallory and I are proud parents to a son and daughter. After dedicating many years to Fire and EMS, an unexpected event forced a shift in direction — one I never saw coming.

Now, I’m focused on using the experiences that shaped me to help others navigate their own challenges — with purpose, resilience, and faith.
My Story
What began as physical trauma turned into a deeper unraveling: of identity, direction, and belief. But in the wreckage, I found something unexpected.
